Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Phase 5 DHA, Lahore (Onsite)
Hours: 5 PM – 2 AM, Monday to Friday

We’re looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to help us drive client acquisition and revenue growth. What You’ll Do: Lead Generation: Leverage platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Sortlist, Freelancer, and Fiverr to find new business opportunities. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs to offer tailored solutions. Proposals & Presentations: Develop compelling proposals that highlight how our services can meet client needs. Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth communication of client requirements. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends to keep our offerings competitive. Profile Management: Optimize our profiles on Upwork, Sortlist, Freelancer, and other platforms. Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed lead generation and client acquisition goals. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in tech/software services. Success in using platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Sortlist, Freelancer, and Fiverr for lead generation. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, particularly in English. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. A background in Computer Science or Business is preferred but not mandatory. Why Join Us?
