Virtual Assistant in Lead Generation —- 6 pm-4 am (PKT)
F16 Media LLC is seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant in Lead Generation with a background in sales and proven success in generating and qualifying leads. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, experience working in a lead generation or sales representative role, and a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities. This role is pivotal to driving our sales pipeline and supporting the CEO in lead generation efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Execute lead generation strategies to identify potential prospects and new business opportunities.
- Research and source qualified leads using various online platforms, databases, and industry-specific tools.
- Initiate and manage outreach efforts via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage potential clients.
- Qualify leads by evaluating their needs and aligning them with the company’s offerings.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
- Prepare sales reports and analytics based on lead generation performance.
- Handle email correspondence, follow up with prospects, and prioritize important sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience in lead generation or as a sales representative, with a focus on generating and qualifying leads.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and sales pipelines.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management software.
Compensation:
20,00 base with Performance based Bonuses.
