Job Description
Location: I-10/3 Islamabad
Work Hours: 6:00pm- 3:00am (Night Shift)
Job Summary:
CONNECTX is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Calling Agent to join our team. The Calling Agent will be responsible for contacting prospective and current customers to inform them about our products or services, address their inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role involves effective communication, maintaining records, and handling a high volume of calls with professionalism and accuracy.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or call center experience is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Calling Agent, Telemarketer, or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
