Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Finance Internee /Officer to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our continuous process improvement initiatives, ensuring the accuracy of financial data, and assisting with various reporting tasks. This role requires a strong foundation in accounting and finance principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry, Verification, and Standardization: Record, verify, and standardize financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency across financial reports and systems.
- Support Process Improvement Initiatives: Assist finance team on ongoing process improvement projects aimed at increasing efficiency and streamlining financial operations.
- Assist with Reporting: Support preparation of accurate financial reports by collecting and organizing relevant data.
- Multi-tasking and Time Management: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Performance Improvement: Focus on achieving departmental goals and contribute to enhancing financial processes and driving performance improvements.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of basic accounting and finance concepts.
- Skills:
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and improve performance.

Required Qualifications:
