Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced individual to join our team as a Limo Car Service Dispatch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently coordinating and dispatching our fleet of luxury vehicles to provide excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch Coordination:
• Efficiently manage the scheduling and dispatching of limo car services.
• Communicate effectively with drivers to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
• Customer Service:
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
• Monitoring:
• Monitor and track the status of all assigned vehicles.
• Address any unforeseen issues or delays to ensure smooth operations.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities.
• Generate reports as needed for management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a dispatch or coordination role, preferably in the transportation industry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
• Familiarity with local geography and traffic patterns.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings,night and weekends.
