Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and dedicated Hostel Warden to manage the daily operations of our student hostel. The role requires ensuring a safe, supportive, and disciplined environment for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day hostel operations.
• Ensure the safety and security of all residents.
• Address and resolve student concerns or conflicts.
• Maintain cleanliness and order within the hostel.
• Enforce hostel rules and regulations.
• Collaborate with the administration to improve hostel facilities and services.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in hostel or facility management is preferred.
• Ex-Captains and Ex-Majors are highly encouraged to apply for their leadership and discipline.
• Ability to manage a diverse group of students.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs1.00 – Rs2.00 per month
