Job Description
HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Limited is seeking a dedicated and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. In this role, you will partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals, provide guidance on employee relations, and lead workforce planning and talent management efforts. You will act as a trusted advisor, promoting a positive workplace culture through employee engagement strategies and initiatives for well-being, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
