Job Description
Campus 92 is seeking a dynamic and organized Academic Manager – Night Shift to oversee the instructional staff at our Online Teaching Institute.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain faculty schedules.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Coordinate professional development for faculty.
- Foster collaboration between faculty and departments.
- Monitor course quality and implement improvements.
- Stay updated on online education trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
- 3 years experience in education management.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with online teaching tools.
Office Timing: 9 PM to 6 AM (Monday to Friday)
Pay: Rs 40,00 – Rs 70,00 per month
