Job Description

Night Shift: 6pm – 3am

4D SOFTECH is seeking a dedicated Assistant HR Manager to establish and implement short and long-range objectives for the HR department. This position is crucial for overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities include:

• Hiring and training new staff.
• Coordinating daily workflow of the team.
• Conducting performance evaluations.
• Monitoring departmental performance and efficiency.
• Resolving conflicts and managing complaints.

Education and Experience:

• BS/BBA in Human Resource Management preferred.
• 1 to 5 years of relevant industry experience required.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
