Job Description

NexEra is seeking passionate female staff to work from home as Remote Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will efficiently manage inbound and outbound customer calls, identify customer needs, and provide effective solutions. Uphold strong customer relationships while upselling our products and services.

Successful candidates should follow communication scripts, maintain detailed records, and participate in educational seminars. Meeting qualitative and quantitative targets is essential.
