Job Description
We are seeking a Front Desk Officer to join our team at RANK BPO in Johar Town, Lahore. This is a night shift position from 7 PM to 4 AM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them accordingly.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area.
- Handle administrative tasks like data entry and scheduling.
- Provide information about the company’s services.
Qualifications:
- Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and MS Office proficiency.
