Job Description
Edraak Systems is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Associate to provide prompt and accurate technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of computer systems, networking, and software troubleshooting.
Responsibilities include diagnosing hardware, software, and network issues, documenting problems, and ensuring client satisfaction. Strong communication skills in English are essential.
Qualifications: DAE or equivalent technical qualification; prior technical support experience is a plus. Full-time night shifts required.
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs50,00.00/month. Preference for those in Lahore or willing to relocate.
