Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Receptionist to join our team at FertEx Group of Chemicals. To be successful in this role, excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Prior experience as a receptionist is a plus.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors warmly.
- Assist clients in navigating the office.
- Maintain workplace security and visitor logs.
- Handle administrative tasks such as copying and scheduling.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements: Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience preferred. Professional appearance and time management skills are required.
