Suave Solutions is seeking a well-spoken Customer Service Representative for our esteemed US-based client. This is a unique CSR role focusing on one brand, ensuring customer needs are met efficiently. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities: Manage calls, generate sales leads, assess customer needs, build relationships, provide accurate information, meet sales targets, handle complaints, maintain records, follow guidelines, and engage customers.
Requirements: Proven customer support experience, strong phone skills, familiarity with CRM systems, excellent communication, and time management.
Note: 3rd shift (EST). Job Type: Full-time. Salary: From Rs70,00.00/month.
