Job Description
Kolaxo Contact Center Services is seeking an experienced Travel Consultant Manager to lead our travel consultancy team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
Responsibilities: Hire and develop team members, manage a team of travel consultants, implement effective sales strategies, monitor team performance, and conduct training.
Requirements: 3+ years of travel industry experience, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in Galileo or Sabre, and a relevant degree.
