Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited, a reputed telecom company, is seeking a Customer Care Representative (Premium) to manage inbound customer service calls.
Responsibilities: Handle customer calls, provide online support, follow up on fault rectifications, create and close Network Trouble Tickets, maintain fault records, and execute special tasks.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Intermediate degree. Freshers or candidates with 1 year of UK call center experience are encouraged to apply.
Salary: Rs32,00 – Rs45,00 (performance-based; incentives up to Rs15,00).
Location: Lahore – Monthly rotational shifts for males; morning shift only for females.
