Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Information Technology Specialist to join our team at NTIS PAK – NATRINSPA IMMIGRATION SERVICES. The ideal candidate will support, maintain, and enhance our IT systems, ensuring smooth operation of our technological infrastructure. Responsibilities include providing technical support, system maintenance, installation and configuration of devices, network management, user training, and ensuring IT security protocols are enforced.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, proven experience in technical support, familiarity with operating systems, and strong problem-solving skills. Relevant certifications are a plus.
