Job Description
We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support the Manager of Pakqatar Family Takaful Ltd. The ideal candidate will be a professional female aged 23-35 with a minimum of a graduate degree and at least 6 months of experience in Office Management and MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record keeping & data management
- Scheduling calls & meetings
- Diary maintenance & email management
- Travel schedule organization
- Additional administrative tasks as required
