Job Description

Link HR Consultants is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will manage employee records, assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, and coordinate employee benefits programs. Additionally, you will conduct training sessions for new hires, assist with performance management, process payroll, and manage employee time off requests.

Your support will also extend to HR compliance, employee events coordination, and providing general administrative assistance to the HR department. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has a passion for helping others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
