Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to join Enablers College of Technology. The successful candidate will oversee the smooth operation of our college campuses, manage daily operations, handle student enrollments, coordinate trainers, and address student affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient functioning.
- Manage student enrollments and implement admission strategies.
- Handle student discipline, attendance, and support.
- Coordinate with trainers for program delivery.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in a relevant field.
- 3-4 years of managerial experience in education.
