Job Description
Dynamic World Wide Logistics Group is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will perform day-to-day back-office tasks and coordinate with customers on behalf of the sales team. You will address customer issues, contribute to overall satisfaction by managing phone orders and emails, and respond to complaints while providing after-sales support. Additionally, you will manage schedules, maintain organized sales records, and assist senior management by reporting month-end goals. Collaboration with sales representatives is crucial to ensure timely processing of shipments.
