Job Description
Dynamic World Wide Logistics Group is seeking a motivated Sales Support Executive to assist our sales team. In this full-time role, you will handle day-to-day back-office tasks, resolve customer issues, and contribute to customer satisfaction through prompt email responses and phone order management.
You will manage schedules, file important documents, and maintain organized sales records. Collaboration with senior sales staff during weekly meetings will be crucial for creating month-end sales reports.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Required). Experience: 2 years in Freight Forwarding (Required).
