Job Description
MGC Developments is a disruptive company in real estate, construction, architectural design, and BPO. We are looking for a professional Investment Advisor to connect sellers and buyers, while effectively marketing listings.
Responsibilities include guiding clients, conducting market analysis, negotiating, preparing paperwork, and maintaining property listings. Ideal candidates should possess strong negotiation skills and a proven real estate track record.
Preferred qualifications include 1 year of sales management experience, MS Office familiarity, and a valid real estate agent or broker license.
