Job Description
AZshopping.pk is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product information, processing orders and returns, and resolving complaints professionally.
Qualifications include previous customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in English. Candidates with bilingual abilities are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time position with a salary ranging from Rs20,00.00 to Rs30,00.00 per month.
