Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attract potential customers by addressing product inquiries and suggesting relevant information.
- Open customer accounts and maintain records.
- Resolve product or service issues by understanding customer complaints and providing effective solutions.
- Manage books of airlines and shipping lines.
- Capture data on carriers’ web-based systems.
- Monitor shipments and prepare export documentation.
- Coordinate with port and airport staff for shipment handling.
Qualifications: BBA/B.com/MBA/M.com (Fresh graduates welcome)
