Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic TeleSales Representative to help generate sales for Techtone. You will be responsible for closing sales over the phone and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers about our products.
- Answer questions regarding products or the company.
- Understand customer needs and close sales.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales.
