Job Description
LINK HR Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the diary, scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
- Answering phone calls and directing them appropriately.
- Acting as a point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
- Performing as a liaison between the employer and staff.
- Handling requests and queries effectively.
- Making travel arrangements.
- Sourcing office supplies.
- Devising and maintaining the office filing system.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Rs20,00.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate: Reliable commute or planning to relocate to Peshawar (Required)
