Job Description

HR International is currently hiring Customer Support Officers for our taxi business. As a dispatcher, you’ll manage customer calls, take bookings, and coordinate with drivers for timely service.

Timings:

• 8am to 4pm (females only)
• 4pm to 12am (males & females)
• 12am to 8am (males & females)

Location: Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore

Responsibilities: Answer calls, dispatch rides, maintain records, and resolve customer issues.

Requirements: 6 months experience, excellent communication, and flexible with shifts.
