Job Description
Dubizzle Labs is seeking a customer-oriented individual for the position of Front Desk Officer. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our front desk area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Coordinate mail and package handling
- Address inquiries and resolve issues
- Ensure the security of the front desk area
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, previous front desk or customer service experience, excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.
