Job Description
Dynamic World Wide Logistics Group is seeking an Export LCL Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Serve as the primary contact for all corporate customers.
- Follow up with Carriers & Agents about Vessel Arrivals/Container release status.
- Handle & Supervise Cargo Transshipment and Delivery queries.
- Address Customers/Agents complaints & queries.
- Track cargo until it arrives at CFS.
- Update customers regarding shipment status.
- Finalize planning for all sectors with CFS yard.
Job Type: Full-time
Education: Bachelor’s (Required)
Experience: 2 years in Freight Forwarding (Required)
