Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Night

Experience: 2 Years

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage fraud-specific queues.
• Initiate and conduct investigations using internal and external resources.
• Enter data into SFDC to monitor loss information.
• Work on the OTRS ticketing system.
• Verify checks through calls.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
