- Lead the regional sales team to meet sales revenue and product targets.
- Achieve annual sales goals based on regional potential and market trends.
- Conduct sales analysis by sector, brand, and SKU.
- Monitor team performance and minimize waste.
- Track competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Recommend advertising and promotional plans to support sales.
- Ensure efficient product distribution across sectors.
Requirements:
- Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
- Experience: 8-10 years in the FMCG sector.
- Gender: Male.
