Job Description
Job Description:
- Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities.
- Oversee all repairs and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain inventory and equipment with proper storage.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
- Inspect facilities regularly to assess maintenance needs.
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and assign work.
- Recruit, supervise, and train maintenance technicians.
- Contribute to the maintenance budget.
- Ensure quality standards and safety regulations.
Requirements: Minimum F.A. with managerial skills; Bachelor’s preferred. 2+ years in maintenance management. Proficient in MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs35,00 – Rs40,00/month
