Job Description
Join SHJ International as a Chat Support Agent! Engage with customers via live chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues with a positive and professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues related to products and services.
- Provide timely solutions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Update customer information and track support tickets.
- Meet performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: Rs40,00 – Rs45,00 per month.
