Job Description

Pay: From Rs75,00.00 per month
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance and repair assignments.
- Manage soft service operations and staff responsibilities.
- Respond to client inquiries, ensuring quality service delivery.
- Perform facility inspections and prepare reports.
- Manage vendor relationships and process invoicing.
- Utilize work order systems and assist with budget preparation.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: 2 years in a relevant field preferred
License/Certification: Driving License preferred
