Job Description

Crossnotch Private Limited is seeking an experienced candidate for the position of HR Manager. This is a night shift call center job.

Job Description:

• Plan and manage recruitment and selection of staff
• Conduct new employee orientation
• Identify and manage training needs
• Develop and implement HR policies
• Handle employee complaints
• Conduct exit interviews
• Coordinate employee safety and wellness
