Job Description

We are #hiring a Sr. Sales Engineer at Get Appoint.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key decision-makers.
• Handle inbound customer calls efficiently.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly.
• Communicate smoothly and promptly reply to queries via phone or email.
• Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up on opportunities.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Account, and Logistics for timely deliveries.
• Maintain customer interaction records in ERP.

Education: BA/BS in Marketing, Sales, Engineering or Business Administration preferred.

Salary: Market competitive (Rs75,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month)
