Job Description
Brian’s Communication is seeking dedicated Call Center Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will complete essential customer service tasks that ensure customers receive the information and assistance they need, helping maintain our company’s positive reputation.
Responsibilities include:
- Taking customer calls and providing accurate answers.
- De-escalating situations with dissatisfied customers.
- Informing clients about new products, services, and policies.
- Guiding callers through troubleshooting and product usage.
- Reviewing customer accounts and providing updates.
- Collaborating with colleagues to improve service.
- Training new employees on customer management policies.
