Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR/Industrial Relations Supervisor to manage labor relations, resolve workplace conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop positive labor-management relations.
• Handle employee grievances fairly and legally.
• Negotiate collective bargaining agreements.

Requirements:
