Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Call Centre Communication Trainer to join our team for a temporary assignment of 3 to 6 months at ACE Money Transfer. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct structured training sessions to enhance communication proficiency and customer service skills of our personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement training programs focused on communication skills.
- Assess participant proficiency and tailor training accordingly.
- Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and role-playing exercises.
