Job Description
Pakistan Microbiological Associates is seeking a highly motivated Recovery Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Following up on customer pending payments and resolving queries for efficient payments.
- Conducting recovery follow-ups via visits, calls, emails, and letters.
- Verifying and submitting invoices to customers.
- Creating and maintaining individual customer files with detailed invoice records.
- Maintaining daily visit reports and schedules.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and customers.
Requirements: Minimum B.Com or above; relevant experience of 2 years preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs65,00.00 per month
