Job Description
Sapphirevillas.pk is seeking a dedicated E-commerce Customer Support Representative to deliver exceptional service to our customers. The responsibilities include:
- Responding to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Resolving customer issues and providing product information.
- Assisting with order tracking, cancellations, and returns.
- Documenting customer interactions using CRM software.
