Job Description
Position Overview: Fare Makers in Faisalabad is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Consultant. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with travel planning while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their travel needs.
- Provide expert advice on destinations and services.
- Manage ticketing and bookings via computerized systems.
- Stay updated on airline regulations and travel trends.
- Process cancellations and refunds according to company policies.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a travel agency (required).
- Proficiency in GDS systems.
- Strong communication and customer relation skills.
Pay: Starting from Rs30,00.00 per month.
