Job Descriptions:
- Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Planning and promoting office events including meetings and training sessions.
- Managing information organization and storage.
- Coordinating with utility departments and supervising security activities.
- Managing petty cash and dealing with government departments.
- Implementing HSE protocols and tracking budget expenses.
Desired Qualifications: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Desired Experience: 10 years in a related field, preferably in the chemical industry.
