Role Description:
We are seeking a Full-time Email and Chat Support Agent to provide exceptional customer service, resolve inquiries, and offer administrative support. This is an on-site role.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of Google Suite and customer support software
Shift Time: Monday to Friday (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM), Weekend Off
Salary: Rs35,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
