Job Description
DONG JIAN CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a full-time Quantity Surveyor.
Responsibilities:
- Estimate the quantity and costs of materials.
- Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors.
- Keep track of construction materials and inventory.
- Document progress, materials, and reports on the project.
- Prepare and check BBS knowledge.
Requirements:
- 5 years of general construction estimating experience.
- Financial and construction experience or related field.
- Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to analyze financial records and apply data to improve results.
Pay: Rs55,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
Location: Faisalabad (Required to commute or relocate).
