Job Description
We are an INBOUND Customer Service Provider with clients in the US, Canada, and Europe. We operate 24/7 and seek serious candidates with prior CSR experience, preferably in US or UK campaigns.
Job Duties Include:
- Answer customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
- Respond to service inquiries and handle complaints.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings.
- Collaborate with team members and ensure coverage during various shifts.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Rs. 75,00 to Rs. 80,00 + bonuses.
