Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team at Ya-Tech. The ideal candidate will:

• Answer calls professionally
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Process orders, forms, and applications
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Coordinate with relevant departments for follow-ups
• Generate and follow up on business leads
• Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager
