Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to assist our call center operations, handling various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 1+ years of HR experience in a call center or high-volume recruitment environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and labor laws.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills.
