Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant to assist in the configuration of ManageEngine ServiceDesk according to ITIL best practices. You will collaborate with our team to design and implement an optimized IT service management (ITSM) system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure ManageEngine ServiceDesk per ITIL best practices.
- Customize Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management modules.
- Streamline workflows and automate tasks.
- Provide training to internal teams.
Qualifications: Proven ManageEngine ServiceDesk experience, ITIL knowledge/certification, project management skills.
Job Type: Contract (1 month) | Pay: From Rs200,00.00/month
